The Model 3 Standard Range comes with 14 stereos, of which only 8 can be used for normal sound, and the remaining 4 stereos can be connected through a custom wiring harness so that all stereos can be sounded

The wiring harness is customized according to the original plug, which can be directly connected with the original plugging team, without destroying the original wiring.

I'm really enjoying hearing the 4 additional speakers and it makes a good improvement over the original configuration. The harness arrived quickly and I was able to install it before a 1000 mile road trip so I could enjoy the improved sound system. Harness is good quality and works.
I think the instructions could be improved though. I used the following video as a guide to installation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QK-M4I3B41Y
Here are some tips based on using video guidance:
1. Before powering off car, adjust passenger seat all the way back and recline it a bit to ease getting into the belly up position shown in video. I wish I had this tip beforehand!
2. I felt like the hardest parts of install were the black plug under the glove box- that is one SOB to access with handling flashlight, screwdriver, and having one hand free. Use either a headlamp or a small flash light held with mouth to accomplish that.
3.The plugs near the B pillar were not too bad, I used the orange pry tool to keep the B pillar trim out of the way and that seemed to work. I wound up placing the new big connecter there closer to the seat because room is tight and that plug gets in the way of the trim if left near the outer edge of car like it wants to naturally be.
4. A couple of small zip ties will tidy up the extra cabling. I put the divided the wire into to chunks. The first chunk is contained under trim new front and second chunk was under where the connector with black dot lives.

Works as described didn’t take too long to install did it wrong my first go around was getting all kinds of warnings when I fired the Tesla back up re did the install back tracked got it hooked up again and nothing was wrong and my music has tones of more bass and better sound

Just installed the 2023 model 3 audio upgrade wire and it sounds great! Watched a few YouTube videos before I tackled it, and it wasn’t too hard. Took about 30 minutes to install, and another 20 minutes to put the panels back on. Well worth it for the cost and makes a noticeable improvement!
