A1-Check whether the power supply is connected properly. Unplug and replug the power cord.
Q2-The sunshade cannot be opened or closed even though it has electricity
A2-The motor enters self-protection. Press and hold the left button (off button) to let the roller shutter move forward and backward again. Then it will be reset successfully. The whole process takes about 1 minute.
Q3-Sunshade operating speed
A3-Operating speed: Normal temperature (23±2℃): Sunshade operation speed ≥60mm/s, -15℃ to 80℃;
Q4-The curtain has wrinkles
A4-Remove the curtain again, flatten the folds and install it again.
Q5-The sunshade is stuck when closed to a certain position
A5-Check the slide for foreign matter or damage.
